Jeff Fielder, owner-operator of J.S. Fielder Electrical

About the owner

47 years in the trade. Still the one on the truck.

J.S. Fielder Electrical is owned and run by Jeff Fielder — a licensed electrician and general contractor based in San Tan Valley, Arizona.

I'm Jeff Fielder. I started in the electrical trade in 1978, and I've been a licensed contractor since California in 1987. I moved to Arizona and now hold both the CR-11 electrical licence and the KB-2 general-contractor licence here.

What that means for you: when I quote your job, I'm the one who shows up to do it. I bring my own bucket truck, scissor lifts, excavator and Bobcat — so a parking-lot pole light, a trench out to a shop, or a warehouse that needs LED doesn't wait on a rental and a separate crew. From the trench to the light head, it's one contractor.

I chose San Tan Valley because this is home. The acreage, the shops, the RV pads, the small businesses that need a light pole fixed at dusk — that's the work I like, and it's the work I'm set up to do without a chain of subcontractors. After 47 years, I still like getting something working that wasn't working before.

Why I'm different

I own the equipment. I own the work.

  • He owns the equipment — bucket truck, scissor lifts, excavator and Bobcat.
  • Electrical and general-contractor licences in one company.
  • 47 years in the trade; a licensed contractor in California before moving to Arizona.
  • The person who quotes the job is the person who does it.
  • ROC numbers published, so you can check them yourself.

The Fleet
