Both. Jeff holds the KB-2 small-commercial general-contractor licence (ROC 357454) along with the CR-11 electrical licence (ROC 357832), so a small build-out and its electrical are handled by one contractor instead of two.

Yes. Jeff hangs the LED strip or high-bay lighting, runs the circuits, and finishes the office build-out — the same contractor from the shell to the switches.
